FRIZET 2: THE FREEZER

FRIZET 2 is a small freezer designed for freezing products very quickly. The product to be frozen is placed inside in its own container, such a Gastronorm tray. A temperature probe is inserted in the product, and the machine automatically lowers the temperature to the set value. The probe measures the temperature right in the centre. Once the food is frozen, it can be placed in an ordinary freezer.
