Hyppocampus is always seeking new ideas to make catering easier. 

Drying glasses by hand is undoubtedly one of the most time-consuming activities and it never gives the best results. 

This new machine by Hyppocampus dries glasses thoroughly straight from the dishwasher. Even difficult glasses, such as tulip-shaped ones, are rendered clean and sparkling in a flash, with no trace of drop marks.

The brushes are very easy to remove for regular cleaning.
